Deck made for a $100 budget challenge.

Win by using Jalira to cheat out Blightsteel Colossus and then make Blightsteel unblockable for the kill.

Counterspells should be saved for anything that could exile Blightsteel. Him going to the graveyard will just put him back into your deck to be cheated out again, but if he's exiled then it's mostly game over. Marit Lage's Slumber is there as a backup, but as there is no way to tutor for it, it's very rare that it will come up when you need it.

The Anti-Brick cards are there incase anything makes Blightsteel enter your hand, as you can't cheat him out if he's there.
