Tiny Leaders Glissa with a 50$ budget limitation. Boardwipe control deck, kill everything that moves and all the other non-land stuff too to disrupt opponent's plans. Keep in mind, that Glissa shouldn't become a victim of your own boardwipes - keep her in the command zone until you're sure you stopped the first enemy wave with a global wipe, only then put her on the battlefield and get back artifacts such as Plague Boiler , Powder Keg or Ratchet Bomb . Proceed slowly to victory and on the way assemble the Mimic Vat + Phyrexian Soulgorger combo (and add Voltaic Key and Rancor for a bigger effect).

There are of course better wipes available, but they alone cost as much as the budget limit for the deck, e.g. Oblivion Stone , Engineered Explosives .
