The deck is designed to get Dance With Calamity to hand and then play Blackjack. The manacurve is curated to hopefully hit 5-4-4 most of the time. I find it particularly funny that playing Dance and getting the full 13 cmc in noncreature spells will give you 21 Phyrexian Goblins.
