Timeless Witness
Creature — Human Shaman
When this enters, return target card from your graveyard to your hand.
Eternalize (, Exile this card from your graveyard: Create a token that's a copy of it, except it's a 4/4 black Zombie Human Shaman with no mana cost. Eternalize only as a sorcery.)

Well, finally won a multiplayer game Friday, thus completing my quest to win with each of my commander decks, which began May 3, 2024. Had an early Serra Ascendant. Taunt from the Rampart was the key card. Cast it while Auren had a 16/16 Mossborn Hydra and swung at him for about 9. He untapped and made his land drop before sending his goaded hydra for 32 at Will, who retaliated, dropping Auren to 6. Lauren admitted, he would have swung at me if the hydra wasn't goaded. I was able to get the kill shot on Auren--playing Koma, World-Eater. Mosswort Bridge found a Timeless Witness. I cast it to get back the Taunt from the Rampart. That let me take out Will, playing his new Volrath, the Shapestealer binder deck, and I had a couple tricks left to kill Jared, playing Naya humans, including a Githzerai Monk.

Hey welcome to TappedOut :) Nice budget Golgari brew you have here.
Sol Ring is a staple card for ramp in Commander. You might not be playing it because your playgroup has banned it? If that's not the case, consider adding it? You're trying to play Stickfingers like Meren when they're very different Commanders. Consider a different approach with Stickfingers?
Meren can reanimate, but only after you get some or many experience counters by sacing your own creatures thus you want to play a lot of creatures with Meren. Meren is a lot of setup though for reanimation and you want to play little creatures who can sac themselves such as Sakura-Tribe Elder and Viscera Seer. What Meren lacks is getting creatures into your graveyard to reanimate, that's usually what makes Meren slow.
Stickfingers is different, it's the enabler to get creatures you want to reanimate into your graveyard right away. All you need with Stickfingers to reanimate is to trigger him, reveal a big creature and have a reanimation spell in your hand. Playing less creatures with Stickfingers there's much less setup for reanimation.
Playing less creatures with Stickfingers gives you more chances to reveal your big creatures who you want to reanimate without needing a ton of mana to cast Stickfingers. If you reduce your creature count down to the best creatures you want to reanimate and creatures who can recur any card from your graveyard then you have a much better chance of reanimating a big creature as well as recasting reanimation spells.
Less creatures does conflict with how big Stickfingers is, but if you're playing for reanimation that shouldn't matter and Stickfingers would be better as a sac fodder for value reanimation or draw. Consider reducing the creature count to your best big creatures and creatures who can recur any card from your graveyard? All other spells in your deck could then be noncreature ramp, other reanimation and removal.
Here's an example of a reduced creature base using the best creatures you already have and some others after within your budget to consider adding:
- Valgavoth, Terror Eater
- Phyrexian Obliterator
- Hornet Queen
- Noxious Gearhulk
- Young Necromancer
- Eternal Witness
- Greenwarden of Murasa
- Archon of Cruelty
- Rune-Scarred Demon
- Massacre Wurm
- Sepulchral Primordial
- Timeless Witness
If you like these ideas and choose to go this direction than I offer more advice.

aladinnsane Totally get that! I personally use Eternal Witness and Timeless Witness to give me a couple tools to recur what I need to.
It's nice when the protection can be on a creature. In that case, perhaps Selfless Savior and Alseid of Life's Bounty could be decent adds for you!

You need more mana, dawg! Have you I'd recommend running both rocks and dorks here since the deck relies on relatively high costed creature cards. A few tutors like Gamble & Shared Summons could be great without breaking the bank as well. I'd also consider Sneak Attack as a value piece, it was just reprinted not too long ago & is super cheap right now! Cloudstone Curio too. I have other recs like Timeless Witness & Mindslicer too, but I'll stop here. Cheers!

Anikthea Hand of Erebos - Constellation Population

Goldbranner, so I bought a bunch of cards just to mess around with and there were a couple interactions I found fun that led to some blowouts but I haven't had enough testplay to see if they're worth a slot in your list.
You mentioned Pull from Eternity which I like a lot since it basically means no removal is permanently removed and you can get it back with Anikthea.
I stuck both Eternal Witness and Timeless Witness in some of my plays and ended up Eternalizing Timeless Witness and then populating her. This allowed me to grab back an instant that populates and just creating more tokens.
I've also tried all the protection spells like Heroic Intervention and Flawless Maneuver but I think the best few are Teferi's Protection obviously but also Clever Concealment and Eerie Interlude. Clever Concealment gets around all board wipe effects including Cyclonic Rift, Terminus, Toxic Deluge or Farewell which are played a ton in my pods. It also protects the token creatures and leaves them up for attacking on the next turn. Also, since it has convoke, we can go all out on a big turn with our lands but since we have creatures up we have enough to cast it. Eerie Interlude doesn't protect the tokens but it saves the enchantresses for the next turn without having to rebuild and can have some Witness triggers to protect the board again for when we go off. I'd typically reserve Eerie Interlude for an early to mid game build up and Clever Concealment for the late game right before we go for the alpha strike.
