Top deck manipulation with a dragon theme. This deck plays a control game using the knowledge of the top of the library to set up long term payoffs. Shuffle, scry, tutor, and draw effects are all used to manipulate the timing we have access to cards and shape how we play the game.

The ability to know the top card of our deck is the core of our strategy in this deck. The commander, Korlessa, Scale Singer, is a great example and often the first card in the game that allows us to look at the top of our library. Augur of Autumn, Eladamri, Korvecdal, Realm Walker, and a solved Case of the Locked Hothouse all follow in our commander's footsteps, each with a different pay offs and advantages.

Top deck set ups such as Brainstorm, Sylvan Library, Worldly Tutor, Sensei's Divining Top, Scroll Rack, as well as scry and surveil effects allow us to place cards strategically on top of our library. Shuffle effects, allow the ability to reorder the library and find a completely new card at a moment's notice. Ramp spells such as Nature's Lore and Encroaching Dragonstorm accelerate our mana while also allowing us a well timed shuffle. Fetch lands are one of the most efficient ways we can use shuffle our library and gain a lot of utility with the help of Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth.

The main payoffs to all of this top deck manipulation is the ability to determine how we try to win against our opponents. The most effective way to end the game is to play the higher mana value dragons in the deck and start attacking. Each dragon is unique in its abilities and strengths though, any can be formidable in combat. Djinn of Wishes is an used to pull dragons off of the top of the library at instant speed when needed. Counterbalance is an incredible control piece that can be used to counter numerous spells while instilling the fear of a Counterspell to everything cast from the opponents. Currently avoiding cards that reveal the top card of the library to conceal as much information from the opponents.

This deck plays very well and offers many points of decision making while leaving opponents struggling to have clear information. This often adds weight when we offer an opponent to cut our deck after shuffling, because, it certainly does matter.

Looking for thematic includes that support the main synergies. Suggestions are welcome!
