Hey, good start. This new Commander is really interesting and I like that there's at least two different clear ways to setup to transform him.

It's too bad you're going with a restrictive creature type theme since Baleful Strix and Tomebound Lich are quite good creatures with Krothuss, Lord of the Deep and Lich is a discard outlet for Runo/other reanimation. You're playing many nonHuman, nonMerfolk and nonKraken/Leviathan/Octopus/Serpent creatures therefore maybe make the exception for these two?

42 is a lot of creatures. Consider cutting some for some more low CMC spells to help to setup Runo by getting a 6 CMC or greater creature into your graveyard or putting one from your hand on top of your library?

Spellseeker is a very good Human especially if you get to make copies of her with Krothuss. Archetype of Imagination is a 6 CMC Human and it makes it very difficult for your opponents to block Krothuss/the attacking creature/attacking token copy of that creature; basically they're unblockable. Pair Archetype with Stormtide Leviathan.

Obsessive Stitcher is a Human, a looter for Runo and best of all a reanimation source that can be at instant speed. Archaeomancer is a Human and it can recur a reanimation spell such as Victimize or any other instant/sorcery; it's nice if you get to make copies of her with Krothuss.
