Okay then. In that case, good comprehensive list that clearly has every card listed. Apologies if I offended you with a cynics post.

Hey I think you have Emrakul, the Promised End, Mindslaver, Sorin Markov and Worst Fears in the "Spells that let you make the decision to NOT put a commander back in the command zone" category, but there's a problem with that, since the official rules state that:
- "If a Commander would be put into a library, hand, graveyard or exile from anywhere, its owner may choose to move it to the command zone instead."
Key word being OWNER. So it does not matter if you're controllling a player during his or her turn, it's the owner of the commander who chooses to put it on the command zone if it would be put into a library, hand, graveyard or exile from anywhere.

draconaspyrothanus, thanks for the suggestion! It will be added shortly.
hfvalenz, so, you're saying that there are exceptions to Mindslaver's text that says "You make all decisions for the player"? Could you find a rule that says that? Otherwise, it would stand to reason that the mindslavering opponent would make that decision rather than the owner (because the card says so explicitly).

I don't really have a rule to back up this claim, I'm just relaying what I was told by a L1 judge once I had this very same issue. He could be wrong though hehe I can see the point you make in your answer.

Yeah, after a lot of googling, I could only find judges saying that Mindslaver effects can be used to permanently exile commanders, so it seems like that judge was in the wrong.

Put the control player cards back in there’s nothing on what’s being claimed owner can’t choose where the commander goes if headed for the yard or exile

Sigh.... facepalm
So the role of removing a commander from the grasp of its owner is sometimes a necessary one, so when the rules committee fixed the mistake that allowed tucking to be severely undercosted (probably my favorite action by the RC of all time honestly), I wanted to create a list for the people who said that the format was dying because now commanders could no longer be tucked.
This list is not a list of tuck cards, but a list of "tuck" cards. The quotation marks are used on purpose to communicate that these do not tuck in the traditional sense but rather fill the roll that those cards used to.
My intention is not to be condescending, as I'm sure none of that information is new to you, but rather to illustrate that my decisions were purposeful, including the decision to name this list of "tuck" cards as such.
