Divine Visitation
Enchantment
If one or more creature tokens would be created under your control, that many 4/4 white Angel creature tokens with flying and vigilance are created instead.

Thanks to both multimedia and TheoryCrafter for the suggestions.
A few of them I've acted on, for example, I didn't realise I couldn't use multiple Legion Angel in sideboard, and then Seraph Sanctuary, plus replacing Unmake with the Strictly better Utter End.
Added a Hedron Archive for more ramp, and Divine Visitation (a card I had already and was figuring out which deck to put in), along with another token generator in Dramatic Finale.
However, every addition I've made for your suggestions is just cards I already had (or found randomly when looking through my now 10 year old collection and forgot/didn't know I owned).
For the rest, though I agree with some of them on a concept level, including some of the lower power angels, my friend already has an angel deck and I'm trying to make mine slightly different from hers so as to not have overlap, so some of this was a conscious choice to be different, or some cases, I simply don't have more copies of the cards and don't want to buy more (HI Arcane Signet/Phyrexian Arena.
Again, thanks for your suggestions :)

If an Orzhov Angel Stompy deck is your objective I concur with multimedia's suggestions about ramp and draw. To add to ramp abilities, may I suggest adding Starnheim Aspirant? It will not only feed into Righteous Valkyrie, but get yer angels on the battlefield sooner. I also concur about the removal of Legion Angel. As a non singleton format, you can't keep extra cards in your sideboard unless they specifically state that you can have any number in your deck.
Speaking of wish cards, some players get salty about wishboards. You may want to find an alternate card for Sparring Regimen to switch in just in the event you have problems with someone and decide it's not worth the arguments. To make wishboard access a tad stronger may I suggest adding Mastermind's Acquisition to your deck? It will allow you to pull another lesson from outside the game or to search your library.
Considering your commander enables casting and, by extension etb triggers, and you have a lot of blink effects, you should consider having Seraph Sanctuary in your deck for the lifegain. And since you have a death trigger in your commander, Teysa Karlov could be a help throwing off counter spells that target triggered abilities.
I also noticed the inexpensive controlling aspects of your deck are largely inexpensive exile cards that benefit the target's controller. I see two options for you. The first is to replace those out. Revoke Existence and Soul Tithe are examples of options if yer interested. In fact, these would make make great additions to what you already have. The second is adding Divine Visitation. If you end up having to use those exile cards on your own stuff then you'll be able the turn them into angels. It also will also allow Halo Fountain to feed into the Enchantment. All of this of course will feed into Seraph Sanctuary.
Speaking of control, I would recommend having Angels that can do that job would help to solidify the tribal aspect of your Angel deck. This would include, but not be limited to Angel of Finality(for decks strong in graveyard interaction) and Metropolis Reformer(Gives you hexproof).Since you already have an angel with landfall in your deck, that would give you the opportunity to add another. Admonition Angel will allow you to exile more creatures.
Speaking of landfall, if you choose to add Divine Visitation, May I suggest adding Emeria Angel? These cards together would feed into Seraph Sanctuary. Also, if you wish to lean a bit more into landfall you should consider more cards you can sacrifice for basic lands. These include, but are not limited to, Esper Panorama, Fabled Passage and Obscura Storefront. These should help with landfall triggers and maybe free up a card somewhere else.
I understand this is a lot. Regardless of which direction you choose to take for this deck you are off to an awesome start. Thank you for reading me out and I hope this helps. Happy Hunting!
Rhadamanthus on how would scute swarm react …

You will get a 4/4 angel with flying and vigilance (and none of Scute Swarm's characteristics).
Normally when there are multiple replacement effects trying to apply to the same event, you get to choose which one to apply first, but the last part of Scute Swarm's ability is a special kind of replacement effect called a "self replacement effect" because it affects the result of the ability it's a part of. Self replacement effects are always applied first, so that means in your example the effect of Divine Visitation will be applied last and win out.

One of the main weaknesses of any creature-based build is going to be Boardwipe effects. And, especially now that there are exile-based boardwipes floating around in the mainstream (your Sunfalls, your Farewells, etc), you can't even always rely on indestructible effects to get around this like one used to when boardwipes were all just "Destroy all".
That doesn't leave you a ton of options to get around this, but one I would look at for sure is a couple copies of Guardian of Faith. Phasing is the only way tokens can leave the battlefield and not just instantly poof, and he even shares Spirit synergy with the rest of your build. This makes him pretty much the only option for a deck like this to bypass a wipe.
Another one that could be fun here is Divine Visitation with all your token-generating effects, as well as Anointed Procession and/or Mondrak, Glory Dominus for some doubling effects.
Anyway +1 for some neat picks; I hope some of this helps, and good luck either way!

Housegheist glad you like the deck and thank you for taking the time to comment.

I ran Divine Visitation when I first made the deck, I rarely attack and when I play this deck and opt to kill through aristocrat combos. So I ended up only using it to combo with Requiem Angel and a sac outlet, and eventually dropped it altogether.
-
Nim Deathmantle I added in last year and has been amazing.
-
Dream Devourer is in my maybe list and I've just been too lazy to get a copy to test out, but it will be tested eventually.
-
Martyr's Bond has been great. I find the 6cmc worth it because it affects all nonland permanents. So my opponents have to lose their important enchantments/artifacts to destroy my combo pieces and since this deck has pretty good treasure generation, I can keep my opponents mana rocks off the field most games.
And I will absolutely take a look at your deck sometime today.

Nice take on Teysa. I like her ability a lot and she's one of my favouritve cards of all!
It seems like you're creating a lot of tokens... What about Divine Visitation? Nim Deathmantle can be used as a phenomenal recursion pice (and can go infinite with Elenda, the Dusk Rose. Dream Devourer showed hinself as a wonderful ramp-piece which also protects your cards from discarding or similar effects.
Which experiences do you have with Martyr's Bond? It seems pretty slow with that high cmc. Does it perform well?
My first eve deck is a take on Teysa too. Maybe you wanna have a look:

The deck looks good!
If you’re open to suggestions, some fun cards you might enjoy are Divine Visitation, Ghalta and Mavren, Cathars' Crusade, Nadier, Agent of the Duskenel, and Nadier's Nightblade. I also think a bit more draw with cards like Toski, Bearer of Secrets and Ohran Frostfang would add consistency and a power boost to the deck.
Personally I enjoy running a bit more ramp in my decks, but your curve seems low enough that it’s probably not an issue. If it does become an issue, Cultivate & Kodama's Reach are staples, and Three Visits & Nature's Lore are some slightly more efficient includes.

I forgot to add this to my last comment yesterday, but maybe the Divine Visitation in your maybe board could be a straight up swap with Cathars' Crusade? Same CMC, plus less irl time taken to keep track of dice across a growing board of tokens. With how much creature token production you already have, it could be more beneficial to turn all of your smaller tokens into evasive 4/4s that should get over most boards.
