FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTTTT The idea of the deck was quite simple: make the funniest and most unique commander deck with the lowest possible budget. This deck cost me a big 'ol 46$, which is putting aside some of the cards I already owned. I absolutely love this deck because if something isn't in your budget, you can literally cut it for more ramp or another forest, the Top per say can a forest if you can't afford it. I know I could add Genesis Wave and feel free to do so if you so wish and want the deck to be a bit more consistent, but I don't feel like my version needs it. Budget upgrade: You can chose to add the Eldrazi Titans and Vorinclex if you feel naughty and have the money to afford them, but killing everyone, including yourself, with a Hurricane is much funnier in my book.
