Theme and Goals

Overview:
A Blue-Black mill and disruption deck for casual play. This is a kitchen table deck based on the cards I have and ones I could find locally for a moderate price.

This deck was built from the ashes of Where Did You Plan To Build That Mill?.

Deck Plan:
This deck's plan is to mill the opponent out for the victory. This plan is supported by a heavy suite of disruption in the form of discard and removal, and the overall effort is aided by the inclusion of life-gain, graveyard recycling, and the ability to make some use of the cards in the opponent's graveyard.

    Deck Plan:
This deck's plan is to mill the opponent out. There is no backup plan for victory. Just about 1/2 of the deck is composed of cards with mill effects. Where possible, even the support cards include mill effects. A little life gain is included to help against aggro, and provision is made to recycle the graveyard and go again, if getting low or if the best cards have been used.

    Goals
The goals of this change are to improve the mana curve & mix, to slow & disrupt the Opponent's game plan, and to make more use of the opponent's resources.
