Deck I built back when Ravnica block first came out with a few updates to make it modern legal. I still play it a lot and have a lot of fun with it. Love it, it's super fun to play and probably wins 8 out of 10 games. I like the synergy of Curiosity, Ovinize, and Rally the Righteous with the Gelectrode. I typically control the game with the pingers, burn, and bounce cards until I can get a Wee Dragonauts in place then cast spells to pump it for the win.

I want to create a Tiny Leaders deck based on this so I am posting this deck list for comparison. The Tiny Leaders deck is Tiny Stars & Stripes.

I have included some other cards you could easily work into the deck (depending on funds and your meta) on my maybe board. If you're not worried about staying modern legal I highly recommend swapping the Ovinize out for Humble as it can be tutored for with the Sunforger.
