I started with a U/W artifact deck for Singleton and have altered it over time for use in Modern. I'm still working out the kinks, and will be adding/removing quite a bit once I'm able to do so.

Notes:

1. The deck plays moderately slow but has immense durability/mitigation. It dominates mid/late game, but can also pack a punch early with the right initial hand.

2. Crucible of Worlds + Fall of the Thran is an amazing combination when played correctly. Add Evolving Wilds into the mix and you can continuously play land each turn without having to worry too much about drought. On the off chance that it is destroyed (or if you're having trouble pulling it when you need it), Search for Azcanta   can lend a hand (pun intended) alongside cards like Opt and Artificer's Assistant.

3. Fountain of Renewal chains well with Tranquil Cove and Sejiri Refuge to keep a steady stream of life gain. This coupled with Ajani's Pridemate, you're looking at a potential powerhouse or two on the field.

4. If you successfully manage to get Crucible of Worlds + Evolving Wilds going properly (and you've managed to hold out until turn 9) You have a potential board wipe with Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep and its "Kicker" ability.

5. The lack of basic lands was intentional due to the amount of card draw potential as well as Crucible of Worlds and Skittering Surveyor. You should have NO problems getting the mana you need to use the spells you want to use. I also opted out of mana ramp as it was highly unnecessary.

6. All of this mixed in with the artifact combos and U/W utility, the deck is fairly solid. Far from perfect, but solid.
