Love this deck +1 from me.
I would run Reckless Rage into the ground until it rotates out: not only does it not kill the Arcanist, but it also works wonders with Tenth District Legionnaire since it adds a counter on her before damage and she stays alive, plus the scry ... then Feather and repeat.
I also run a few Shock to ward off those pesky mono-red decks and the like. Plus in a heavy-hitting green match-up a Shock plus Rage gives you 6 damage for the low price of 2 red mana.
I only run 20 mana total in my deck since your scry and draw ability are insane. I've played single mana hands before and still done fine with how low this deck curves out.
My problem recently has been against other aggro decks that beat me out by just one or two life and it's been frustrating. I really like how you've incorporated Healing Grace and Moment of Triumph into this deck which have been the changes I think I've needed to put this over the top in my store meta. So thanks for the ideas!

You said in your thread in the deck help forum that you wanted to get it down to 66, so that is 18 cuts.
Trespasser's Curse - Curses feel unnecessarily antagonistic and this one doesn't do much.
Curator's Ward - Unlikely to ever draw you cards.
Ashes of the Abhorrent - Not good unless your meta is very graveyard heavy.
Prowler's Helm - Not a very good piece of evasion equipment.
Wing Shards - Bad except against voltron.
Nightmare's Thirst - Hardly ever going to kill anything of importance.
Mana Leak - The type of games you are likely to play with this deck tax counters won't matter.
Convolute - See above.
Healing Grace - 1 shot small amounts of lifegain aren't worth a card slot.
Dark Ritual - Rituals aren't great in commander unless it is to ramp directly into a victory and you have no insta-wins.
Vampire Sovereign - ETB doesn't justify paying the price for the body in a non-blink deck.
Angel of the God-Pharaoh - 6 mana 4/4 isn't worth it just because it has cycling.
Diamond Mare - Going to gain you much less life than you think it will.
Underworld Coinsmith - Effects aren't strong enough.
Bonus round, these cards are all relatively weak and I really think that maybe you wanted angel tribal and didn't want to say it was a tribal deck.

In general, my feedback is that you have too many one-shot lifegain effects for small amounts (1-3 life). These don't do enough - you have to have multiple other cards on board before they really help you/hurt others.
Cards to cut:

Last, I'll just note that Oloro is already not a beloved commander, and you're playing a lot of counter magic. You might want to think about inserting some W/U pillowfort, cause everyone is going to be coming for you.

If you're looking for cuts I'd suggest Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle and Revitalize. Mavren is gonna do nothing when you don't have profitable attacks and even at his best a 1/1s a turn ain't that big of a deal a lot of the time. As for Revitalize I don't think the lifegain triggers matter enough that you'd want this (4cmc draw 2 with Dawn of Hope and 2cmc +1/+1 and card with Ajani's Pridemate). After that maybe Ajani's Welcome and Bishop's Soldier but from there the rest of the deck starts looking essential.
20 lands seems a little low tbh. Speaking of lands, a couple Zhalfirin Void is a freeroll with your color requirements.
Against burn Shield Mare is backbreaking and I also quite like Healing Grace as it can counter Risk Factor quite effectively and can also protect your must answer creatures from removal while also gaining life.
I have a crazy theory that Tocatli Honor Guard is better than Sentinel Totem against the graveyard deck. Would you rather shut down their entire game plan (branchwalker, jadelight, chups, findbroker, izoni, wildgrowth, glowspore, supplier and even bugler and autumn in white builds) or fizzle Find / Finality one time? Obviously it dies to more stuff and Ajani's Welcome might have to be boarded out but personally I think it's worth it. The other consideration is it won't work against anything Arclight Phoenix related but that's a lot less common I think. Ok, rant over ;).

imsocool1234 Thanks for the suggestion. I overlooked Revitalize, I may have to test it out and see how it works in this deck. Normally on turn 2 I'd like to have mana open for Justice Strike or Essence Scatter though. Another option that you made me consider is Healing Grace, a possible addition in the sideboard against hyper-aggro matchups.
