Hello! This is an Azorius deck that focuses on Control and stalling the game, utilizing Dovin's ultimate to pretty much lock down your opponents for good and allowing you to win fairly unchallenged. There was not much to this deck to begin with, but thanks to the suggestions from the TappedOut community, it's become what it is now.

I'm still open to any suggestions if there are any cards that could make this deck even better!

REMINDER that I am planning on keeping this deck as budget (Below $50?) as I can, which means no Teferi, Hero of Dominaria or Mox Amber or anything of the sort, at least for now.
