I see people discussing boardwipe suggestions. The only one not mentioned here I run is Promise of Loyalty

I see you're running Vow of Duty. The other two Vow auras are quite fun too, with their versatility to enchant Killian, or something else.

I would suggest switching out some of the cards that are a bit too focused, if that makes sense. For example Soothing Balm for Exsanguinate or Bishop's Soldier for Gifted Aetherborn. Otherwise this looks great! I included a few suggestions for mana fixing and protections. Need to keep your commander alive! Some of these are a bit expensive so they can be substituted later if you end up liking the deck and want to upgrade it.

Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin is a great secondary boss. Get that full Waaaagh feel by attaching Veteran's Armaments. The bonus it gives creates as many orcs as you attacked with, even if they all die from blockers. He needs an Ork name though.

Interesting build - I like it!

I too am enthralled by all things Phyrexian. Some of my personal favorites for Skittles are Haunted One, Sadistic Glee, Astarion's Thirst and Tainted Strike to name a few.

Coat of Arms usually helps your opponents more than you. Obelisk of Urd might be more helpful.

If you boss is getting whacked Blessing of Leeches is nice defense.

Astarion's Thirst is thematic and can make your boss a beast.

Blood Tribute is terrifying.

Anowon's ability is a triggered effect so if you double the trigger (with Strionic Resonator of any of a few other artifacts) you make people sac twice as many creatures.

Curse of the Cabal, Spinal Embrace, Helm of Possession

Astarion's Thirst could end the game with commander damage.
