Zinnia, a Hare Parent Apparently [Primer]

Commander / EDH* Group Slug RUW (Jeskai, America) Tokens

"What's he gonna do, nibble your bum?" Ser Robin's last words.

Indeed, Hare Apparent isn't here to nibble anything, but to jump for the jugular of the whole table.

Hare Apparent gets out of hand fast, even more so when doubled with Zinnia. Then, we play cards like Warleader's Call, Purphoros, God of the Forge, etc to brain everyone in the group for damage. Agate Instigator, Molten Gatekeeper, Witty Roastmaster etc. can be doubled with Zinnia so that we get double damage triggers. Then for each Hare we cast, we double our rabbits more and more while damaging every opponent at the table for each creature we create.

Most of our card draw can also be doubled by Zinnia, like Welcoming Vampire and Enduring Innocence. Delney, Streetwise Lookout will also double these draw triggers. Recruiter of the Guard and card:Imperial Guard (which can also be doubled by Zinnia) can tutor for ETB damage or card draw, whatever you need more.

Very much like the rabbit from Monty Pythons Holy Grail, what people first take as a cute and silly deck will soon be viciously braining them for damage.
