This is a brief take on a deck focused all about karnstructs (jeganatha can be played if you remove urza's). (NOTE: scroll to bottom for disclaimer about deck shown.) I think a blue focused build might be better for this, but it really doesn't matter since the new land is not a niche land and can fit into literally everything, basically like field of the dead except is insanely easy to fit into any deck. Is this the most effective way to use this land? Absolutely not.

Why Urza's Saga enchantment land will be banned Shriekhorn , Grafdigger's Cage , Tormod's Crypt , any Urza, Lord High Artificer deck, any tron deck whether blue, green, or eldrazi potentially, merfolk (tutor for graveyard hate that draws cards), Jund and the rock decks (someone mentioned that this grows the Tarmogoyf by 3, it also self sacrifices and gives the enchantment and saga types for goyf), ect. I've also seen people mention Amulet of Vigor and this working well in Hammertime because it can tutor up Colossus Hammer . Also remember this can search out Springleaf Drum which if this makes a karnstruct too, makes this a psuedo continuation of a land as you can still get the mana out of it. Someone mentioned Wrenn and Six before, yeah repeatable hatecard tutors that can be turned into cards like Relic of Progenitus or your preffered choice of graveyard hate. It also can be used twice 2 create two karnstructs so you have a creature factory, card advantage+graveyard hate tutor card all in one that PRODUCES MANA too when needed.

Also you can create 2 Karnstructs if you tap this on the second turn it's out for one, and during the upkeep of the next turn because Sagas only add counters in the main phase. So this is a tutoring to battlefield utility land that doesn't etb tapped and can create 2 3/3s for 2 mana each that grow with each artifact (the artifact it tutors out grows the karnstructs).

A land that DOESNT ENTER TAPPED that tutors for graveyard hate. In merfolk or any deck like it, if you play this land you're playing 7-8 copies of your graveyard hate Relic of Progenitus , that any deck in modern can play that can fit a colorless land.

Sidenote: In legacy this can tutor Mana Vault and Lion's Eye Diamond . Any legacy deck may want this card especially the fast mana degenerate ones. And every other legacy deck may want this card to hose graveyard decks and search hatepieces. Ditto for vintage (effectively since both of these formats are digital this card will likely be wayyy more expensive online since it will have extra demand is my guess based on how Force of Negation and Seasoned Pyromancer have turned out).

And Lastly COMMANDER. Any commander deck in existence can play this card and use it to tutor up the formats most played card of Sol Ring . Every edh deck wants this. Or even Mana Crypt . Either way this is an addition copy of those things that can also create 2 karnstructs when that is wanted. The land can tutor up the same hate above and even the cards that legacy and vintage might tutor up. And any The Gitrog Monster decks, Titania, Protector of Argoth decks, even Golos, Tireless Pilgrim decks will want this or may want this. Especially the first two but using the most played commander, golos, and being able to tutor up an artifact off of his etb ability is quite powerful. That means every game you have guaranteed access to Skullclamp .

(Note from above This was just a brief thought experiment because I wanted to see a deck with urza, urza land, and karnstruct himself that all is centered around creating karnstructs. It's likely NOT good and completely UNTESTED. This is just an example but the real story is in the land and that is where you can get the most value out of me writing about something.)
