This is a budget EDH deck that uses its commander, Ruby, Daring Tracker, to ramp into 4-mana ramp spells, such as Migration Path, on turn three. This allows us to consistently play a 6-mana threat on turn 4, which can quickly run away with the game. If possible, we like to play a 6-mana cascade or discover spell, such as Trumpeting Carnosaur, hoping to hit a 5-mana cascade or discover spell, such as Noise Marine, that allways hits another ramp spell. Doing this will mean we have three threats on board and access to 10 mana on turn 5 (if we hit our land drops).

The deck is very consistent at getting a massive early lead that is hard to deal with outside of mass land destruction. There are only three possible hits on a 6-mana spell with cascade or discover that does not ramp us further (Open the Way, Garruk's Packleader and Screamer-Killer).
