Attempt at a mono blue mill deck.

Returning to magic after 5ish year hiatus. Never more than a casual player- looking to improve this deck. I used a base I created with ideas from I Draw, You Mill. That Simple. and Oona, Queen of the Fae (Mill)

Deck uses cards like, Jace's Erasure to mill opponents through card draw.

Any help or sugestions for consistency/speed would be appreciated, thanks
