I don't have much, most of this is from stuff I bought from friends, was given, and purchased. It's not great, but I'm looking for tips on how to make this deck better. I don't have a whole lot to spend, need a couple of paychecks first, but I just want to know if I'm on the right path.

Commander: King Macar, The Gold Cursed Meta

Power Level: Casual

Meta Example: N/A. Haven't played in three years. Took the cards off the shelf and wanted to get back into it.

Budget: At most, $5-20. I'm trying to get back into this game or sell my cards if I don't have fun.

Deck Objectives: I envision milling out what my opponents have and forcing them to discard what they do while being able to decently protect myself. It's not an aggressive deck, but once it gets to the later game, I can seriously punish them for letting me leave everything in their graveyards. I see myself winning with them having nothing to play, or damage. The Eldrazis help.

Deck Win Conditions: Zombie synergy + mill effects. Liliana's Curse is a must for early game synergy, but can work without it.

King Macar is the only mono black legendary I have. Don't have a whole lot to synergize with him, but wanted to make a discard/mill zombie EDH deck. I think it'll be fun to play, even if it is competitively garbage. Am I on the right track? What should I take out?
