WELCOME! This is the first of many in the spin-off of my traditional Decks on a Budget series, and I plan to make one for each Guild Leader, each Shard, and Each Wedge! My god, there's a lot of Multicolor deckbuilding to do! And when I finish it all, if my decks get good reviews, I will also do a five color Budget EDH!

A few rules to bear in mind with EDH on a budget

1) The Price- EDH/Commander can be much more expensive than traditional Constructed, and The increased Deck size also calls for more spending money. The Maximum Budget cap for EDH on a budget, Commander excluded (except Niv, I will pick Cheaper commanders.), will be $150.00

2) Playability- I plan to make these fun and interactive decks. I do not want to have it become a budget Infinite Combo Spree. Yes, I know, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and Curiosity will make you win, but it will also stop people from playing with you, so this will not be using infinite/cheap/broken Combos.

Now down to business. This deck is basically a draw power and burn deck, with control splashed in here and there. This deck likes to sit on its own the first 3 turns, then it starts to shine with drawing cards, fun burn, and a few chump blockers. Of course, The commander, Niv-Mizzet in all his draconic Glory will speed up the opponent killing by giving you some punching power as you wind up for a killing blow. he himself can deliver that, or your other burns can sit there and let him have some fun.

This also doubles as my current Niv EDH, and I am open to suggestions for improving it. the Sideboard listed is what I plan to obtain from RTR and find a place for in this deck
