Ripples of Potential
Instant
Proliferate, then choose any number of permanents you control that had a counter put on them this way. Those permanents phase out. (To proliferate, choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there. Treat phased-out permanents and anything attached to them as though they don't exist until their controller's next turn.)

Very cool deck! This is one of things that I love about Magic. The Swarmlord is one of my favorite commanders and Slime Against Humanity is one of my favorite cards but I’ve somehow never thought about playing them in the same deck! Really cool idea with great execution! Here are some cards that I would run in my version of the deck.
Interaction/protection:
Board Wipes
Ramp:
More counters:
Card draw:
Game-Ending Bombs:

Feed the Swarm and Canoptek Tomb Sentinel will help with enchantment removal (something all these colors struggle with).
Diabolic Intent is a tutor that's not a game changer. Imperial Recruiter is another great option.
Ripples of Potential will help dodge exile wraths and Farewell. Plumb the Forbidden will also help with exile wraths. Lethal Scheme can potentially protect 4 creatures and be cast for free.

Thanks for the suggestions Salyir.
I really like Ripples of Potential and I took Spark Double out to make room for more proliferate. I might have to make room for both.

Displacer Kitten and Spark Double are two of the best cards in my Guff list. Also, Ripples of Potential and Jeskai Ascendancy are quite good in the deck.

6 Mana Teferi is a trap, as tempting as that ultimate is you're just never going to get it unless you're already in a winning position and the abilities are just not worth it. It's too much of a win-more card, if you want that ultimate so badly just replace it with Teferi's Talent. I'd recommend replacing it with Chandra, Legacy of Fire for its Planeswalker synergies. Similarly Ob Nixilis Reignited just draws you a card every turn with a basic kill ability and a meh ultimate, you can do better than that.
I'd say you want more Planeswalkers that protect themselves and your other walkers, It seems too easy right now for you to just crumble when you become the archenemy. Vronos, Masked Inquisitor, Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, Daretti, Ingenious Iconoclast can all make chump blockers or protect your walkers in other ways. Lolth, Spider Queen likes the ammount of stuff that will be dying as you chump block and can make 2 blockers.
I'd cut Don't Make a Sound and Get Out for better counterspells. Counterspell is like a dollar, and Drown in the Loch can double as a kill spell if needed. Alternatively Ripples of Potential can block much more than a single spell threatening your walkers.
Leyline of the Void is unneeded unless you are really facing a lot of reanimator, It'll sit dead in your hand too often and it's unlikely to make you archenemy (More often you'll just piss off one player while the other two are neutral) like you want.
I'm surprised that you don't have any of the Oath cards in here. Oath of Liliana and Oath of Jace seem like they'd be great.
For creatures Jaya's Phoenix seems like a slam dunk. Saruman, the White Hand makes a pretty big creature when you cast planeswalkers, letting you trade with bigger things and immediately replace it.

Nice deck, I love me some etb/death trigger abuse Marchesa. I do have some suggestions for you though and I'll break it down by card function.
Finisher:
Gray Merchant of Asphodel's lifegain seems counterproductive but with alternate sources of +1+1 counters your life total doesn't matter. In 9 years of running Marchesa, Gary has ended more games than any other card here and it's not remotely close. I personally recommend a clone suite to sac when he enters so they all reenter as Garys (Phantasmal Image, Flesh Duplicate, and Phyrexian Metamorph). Note that Imperial Recruiter abuse will look up Gary, Clones, and Bloodletter of Aclazotz in one go around the table.
Jokulhaups is a bit of a dick move, but it will end games since all your creatures come back to an empty board.
Alternate +1+1 Counters:
Anduril, Narsil Reforged is on attack and even gets counters on your fresh non-attacking stuff.
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed lets you abuse all your non-humans and he enables some infinite combos with Persist creatures.
Vigean Graftmage looks underwhelming but he comes down before and immediately protects Marchesa and he let's you abuse any etb/death trigger on everyone's turn (itself + 1 other).
Thran Vigil is only on your turn but this card still puts in serious work.
Metallic Mimic doesn't need a tribal deck here. When it first comes down you name humans or wizards to immediately protect Marchesa but you sac it to rename the type to your most abuseable etb/death trigger as needed.
Protection:
Ripples of Potential is a great answer to non-destroy wraths including Farewell.
Removal:
Canoptek Tomb Sentinel will hit anything non-land but most importantly it's an abuseable effect that hits enchantments.
Feel free to check out my list for ideas. Upvotes on any of my decks are appreciated (especially since it'd be upvote #200). Every Masochist Needs a Marchesa to Love Them

Crow_Umbra Yeah, that's always been a factor when building a Simic deck for me. Too many options kinda paralyzes my thoughts and deck building direction, which is why I decided to lean more towards The Millennium Calendar style shenanigans.
And thank you for the suggestions! I've got Ripples of Potential and Wave Goodbye from the Simic Ixalan precon, but I just haven't gotten around to opening it yet haha. I've never even heard of Ravenous Slime! It could be a contender for something like Scavenging Ooze. I'll look into that.
I thought about Mutational Advantage, but it feels very situational. I'd probably stick with Heroic Intervention for more of a catch-all defensive card.
Like I said, most of the deck was assembled with stuff I've had in my binders for a while. I'll work towards grabbing copies of those soon.

Great mana curve! I love a great curve like that lol.
The tough thing with +1/+1 Counters strats is that there's always so many good options to choose from; some a bit more meta dependent & narrow than others for sure. A few ideas for potential considerations:
-
Ripples of Potential - Board protection & proliferation, but def the priciest of the recommendations
-
Mutational Advantage - A more narrow Heroic Intervention that can also proliferate.
-
Ravenous Slime - I've played this in a few counters decks, especially since I play in a meta with a decent frequency of Aristocrats & Reanimator decks. Def a more meta dependent option, but one that can get huge pretty quick.
-
Wave Goodbye - Should be fairly asymmetrical most of the time.
