#1I'd cut Scroll of Avacyn, might be a good idea to run Chromatic Lantern! Oh and you can technically run both Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth/Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth for extra fixing. Folk hero seems rough since your commander is 5 mana so at best it provides 1 card a turn starting turn 6? I'd cut it. Similarly, Chronicle of Victory feels like too much mana with all these big angels, at best you slap it down and it buffs like 1-2 angels... Archangel Elspeth can also go, she doesn't actually do a ton, since all your dudes are already angels that fly! could also include Abundant Countryside, Cavern of Souls, City of Brass, Prismatic Vista, Fabled Passage, Grand Coliseum
You might have to drop the protection pieces Lightning Greaves/Rebuff the Wicked, your commander doesn't actually seem too scary and they won't be any good if you're stuck with big angels in hand. a final cut may need to be sword of the animist because you have a high curve... so how quickly can you really attach it and get value?
