First, thank you for reminding me about Stoneskin, I thought I had included that but I actually forgot!

Thanks a ton for all the suggestions I made pretty much every cut you recommended. I have a couple questions I wanted your opinion on:

First what do you think about the vanilla creatures I have? Grizzled Leotau is for 5 power and Looming Altisaur is for 7 power. I'm inclined the cut those because they don't have any text but I'm curious what you think.

Next, Bar the Door and Solidarity are a little expensive but in a combat with Rasaad's second ability active and, let's say, 4 creatures out, that's between 32 and 40 extra power for 4 mana or less. What do you think? But I definitely took out all the single target pump.

Thanks for all of your suggestions, also, the other guy below your comment said I should take out all the ramp, what's your opinion on that?

"Toughness Matters" is definitely an alternative name I've used before, and it does help to include a broader set of cards like Sapling of Colfenor , Kin-Tree Invocation , and Grizzled Leotau that only rarely find themselves in the average defender deck.

Here's what I recommend to cut:

Aegis of the Heavens: only buffs one creature.

Rootgrapple: 5 mana is a lot for this kind of removal and you have better removal.

Diabolic Tutor: Unless you digging for a specific combo, should be able to cut.

Garruk, Primal Hunter: Doesn't really fit the theme. If he had a great ult/emblem then maybe keep him since with walls you can defend PWs better.

Fruit of the First Tree: Too situational. Also, it would hurt to get hit by Path of Exile with this

Oblivion Ring: There are better options that are also cheap in Orzhov colors. You also have a good bit of removal. Better to have something be permanent.

Spirit Shackle: Fun and Janky but not much else.

Tawnos's Wand: You have Behind the Scenes, if you want more switch a utility land with Rogue's Passage.

Fireshrieker: Good card. Doesn't fit theme.

Cathar's Shield: Equip is too expensive. You're better off with a global enchantment that grants vigilance.

Nyx-Fleece Ram: One life per turn isn't the best rate.

Grizzled Leotau Not the easiest to cast and too vanilla.

Warmonger's Chariot: You have quite a few effects that already let your defenders attack but this only allows 1 to attack. Also, you don't have a ton of defenders.

Not quite 30, but that's what I believe to be easy-ish cuts.

@Dragaan - haha! that's okay, try to make decks here and playtest them. EDH is a fun way to challenge your friends. I have considered Heartwood Storyteller before, but giving opponents ammo by having them draw is a disadvantage for a semi-aggro deck like this. Also I had Grizzled Leotau in this deck before, but i have replaced it with more tribal centric creatures like Ironroot Warlord . I might replace either Mastermind's Acquisition or Diabolic Tutor with Eladamri's Call , but my problem with revealing the searched card/s is that my opponents can prepare when i cast it, unlike the other 2 tutors i have.. I might playtest it first. Nameless Inversion is underwhelming for an instant targeted removal and Winds of Abandon is a desperation removal, plus its overload cost is worse than my mass removals. The only thing going for it is that it's an instant. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions!

no Spellskite ? I always thought it was one of the better creatures to have in a Doran deck, along with the Ram and Harbinger. Heartwood Storyteller is also interesting. Grizzled Leotau is a good "toughness matters" creature but probably doesn't do enough for inclusion in an EDH deck... Also, what about Eladamri's Call ?

Is there no reason to play Nameless Inversion besides being able to get it out with Treefolk Harbinger ? I haven't read all of the other treefolk..

In all honesty there are a number of underperforming cards in the deck, even though it's pretty strong in my very casual playgroup. I could easily cut out cards like Voyaging Satyr (the deck only has 2 lands it does much with) and some of the other mana dorks and land-grabbing cards. On one hand, I can very consistently avoid mana issues, but on the other hand, it takes up a lot of deck space. It might have too much of a good thing.

Fortified Rampart, Grizzled Leotau, and Looming Altisaur are cheap options for high toughness, but they don't do much else. Of course, I like them because they become threats with Assault Formation or Belligerent Brontodon out, but that doesn't mean they can't be replaced by more powerful cards.

Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, and Suture Priest are redundant, and could be good targets for replacement. You may notice that this deck has a ton of support for ETB lifegain, but not much for token generation. I could definitely stand to have more tokens and populate, which is why Phyrexian Processor or Soul Foundry (along with other token creators) could stand to take the place of some of the weaker or redundant lifegain cards. As it stands, Shanna, Sisay’s Legacy is consistently pretty weak because she doesn't have the token support she wants, and Trostani's populate doesn't always have a target, which isn't what I usually want from my commander.

Hey Memphismaymagic5, fellow Arahbo, Roar of the World player, Arahbo, Xenagos... for Cats

You have quite a bit of +/+ for the cats, what do you think about a Triumph of the Hordes for a finishing attack?

Guys like Leonin Armorguard and Grizzled Leotau seem a little underpowered for the CMC? Have you considered Lost Leonin (if you can give him double strike) or Balan, Wandering Knight to free equip all the swords and recover quickly?

Highly recommend Rhonas the Indomitable, 5/5 Deathtouch indestructible for CMC3, can always attack with ANY cat + eminence triggered ability, as well as can pump/trample a cat if needed.

Chameleon Colossus can proc himself too, and as a cat, can get out of hand when you have a bit of mana. +1.
