This deck is made specifically for a format at my local card shop where it's the same as regular EDH but every card over $2 (according to the lowest TCGPlayer median price) is banned aside from the general who is allowed to be up to $5.

If you're not interested in playing in this format, use this deck as a skeleton to find some really good, fun, and cheap cards to throw into your deck and improve it with more expensive cards that do a better job.

***IMPORTANT***

Welcome to my Blind Seer deck! Much like my Chisei, Heart of Oceans deck, this is a bit of an adventure into trying to make a mono-blue control-ish deck without making another Azami or Talrand deck. As a result, this deck is more for fun and kicks than it is an actual competitive deck; so keep that in mind when looking over it.

The name of the game with this deck is pretty simple, play a mono-blue control shell while also adding in a few color gimmicks here and there to make use of my commander's ability. The wonderful thing about these color gimmicks is that they don't necessarily require the commander to be useful in general; but to be used in specific situations then you'll want the commander in play. Most notably if you're going against a red deck, a lot of the color gimmicks are meant to hose out red decks so you will still get a lot of mileage with these cards.

That's pretty much it! Try and win via good ole' mono-blue rage scoop and have fun with your slightly off-beat deck. Suggestions and comments always welcome :)
