Hey thanks for the detailed comment! I see what you're saying with some of those cards, the main reason I'm not running Whim of Volrath and similar cards is because, while they're great for making my hate cards more generic, they only change the text, which doesn't affect cards in the same way as the Blind Seer. They were in the deck at some point but were cut to raise the power level, replaced for things like Consecrated Sphinx.

Vodalian Mystic was unfortunately cut for similar reasons.

The Scrying Sheets is definitely a good idea, and Floodgate is absolutely hilarious and, ideally, a glorious way to board wipe without the bounce that mono blue is famous for.

Paradox Engine is a huge target that might save my staxy artifacts from being targeted but I personally dislike it for this deck, mostly because the lack of infinite combos make it only "alright" in my mind. If I play it and win, it's a wincon but if I play it and nothing much happens except the deck stax harder, which I fear will happen frequently, it will feel dead or unwanted while in hand. Meanwhile, I could use that slot for more silly colour shenanigans. So personal preference but, again, thank you for your well thought out and interesting comment!

Whim of Volrath, Alter Reality, Glamerdye or Swirl the Mists or the like for some of those enchantments - love the green / red hate being put to good use. Wrath of Marit Lage might also work well with them, and Llawan, Cephalid Empress as well.

If you do end up going that route, Lifetap is a must. and Back to Basics is a good follow up if you swap out to rocks and basics...

Since you are running Telepathy, Planeswalker's Mischief might be up your alley. It's slow, and it's random, but it can massively f*ck up an opponent's plan, and it draws hate away from other permanents you might wish to keep.

Vodalian Mystic and Painter's Servant (not sure painter's servant is still banned, need to check that out after this post) will help with the activation costs of your general, as will Training Grounds

Scrying Sheets. If you are running all snow islands, run this to smooth out your draws. that, and Extraplanar Lens will allow you to net extra without giving any to your opponents. I see you're already running it, so props there.

If you are running all the rocks for ramp, you might consider Paradox Engine or another untap effect like Unwinding Clock

odd one, more land dependent than color, but Floodgate can be hysterically effective to wipe fields with, as can Scourge of Fleets.

lastly, some early game protection might help - I suggest Sea Sprite and Coast Watcher for obvious reasons.

I love the deck seems pretty brutal if you are playing vs green decks...which is all the time for most of us! So I got a few ideas for you.. Now I know this is a big change but it seems like you could swap out the mill strategy and zombie tribal cards for a color control strategy to compliment your primary game plan of green hate, along with a new commander to go with it. Lazav, Dimir Mastermind seems like a better commander for this idea since you are likely killing creatures a lot. I was thinking color changing cards like Whim of Volrath, Glamerdye, Crystal Spray, Alter Reality, Spectral Shift, Trait Doctoring, Mind Bend, Sleight of Mind, Vodalian Mystic and especially Blind Seer will give you much more control. You can also stop ramping with Shadow of Doubt, Mindlock Orb, Pendrell Mists, Energy Flux.

Distorting Lens, Tidal Visionary, Vodalian Mystic and Scuttlemutt.

Also, didn't know if you realize this, but Insight doesn't work because you have to have it be green when it is cast, not while it's on the stack and you activate Blind Seer
