Damn right, it's better than yours...I'll teach you, but without the charge.

A deck with many options, the primary win condition is mill.

Combos make it happen quicker. Here are a couple of note:

Infinite Combo #1 (Damage/Mill)- Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank

Infinite Combo #2 (Mana for Blue Sun's Zenith or Duskmantle Guildmage's second ability) - Grand Architect + Pili-Pala

Note that all of the combo pieces, with the exception of Grand Architect can be tutored for my using the transmute option on Muddle the Mixture or Dimir Infiltrator.

A lot of the cards help with the mill goal, like:

Creatures:Hedron Crab, Nightveil Specter, Raven Guild Master, and of course Duskmantle Guildmage all help lower your opponent's library.

Artifacts:Altar of the Brood (great turn-1 drop!), Mindcrank.

Spells:Blue Sun's Zenith works great to force your foe to draw, Psychic Strike counters a threat and also helps mill, Paranoid Delusions works awesome when ciphered onto something like True-Name Nemesis.

Both Planeswalkers, Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver and Jace Beleren, also help with us out.

Even our mana base is helping with milling with Nephalia Drownyard.

When things don't go our way with the milling, we have removal and counters, and we can try to control the board while swinging with True-Name Nemesis or you opponent's treats via Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver.

I need to build a sideboard, which I think will be filled with more control cards to switch out if need be.
