Focusing on a mill deck that's more worried about speed than interaction. The results have been excellent thus far - I have won games on turn three a handful of times, but pretty consistently see wins on turn 4 or 5. If they're faster than me then they deserve the win.
One consideration that I'm making right now is whether to run the potential of Mind Funeral or the guaranteed 8-mill from the lower cost Maddening Cacophony. Pretty strong arguments to be made for both but, anecdotally, Mind Funeral never seems to hit on more than 8-10 for me, regardless of what the probabilities are. Tasha's Hideous Laughter exiles, rather than dumping into the graveyard, which affects the effectiveness of cards like Drown in Loch and Visions of Beyond, so it's worth considering carefully into the mix as well.
I've got Surgical Extraction in the sideboard but it could just as easily be in the main deck. Honestly, one of the best feelings I've ever had was watching an opponent who was on the play pop a fetch land on his first turn, only to respond with an Archive Trap and then a Surgical Extraction, all but ruining his combo deck and watching him scoop before I had ever even taken a turn.
