Bring to Light gets Scapeshift (for the Valakut win), Damnation, Madcap-> Emperion, Traumatize, and more. Traumatizing yourself gives you access to Unburial Rites, Past in Flames, and Mystic Retrieval. Not to mention it turns on Splendid Reclamation.

Harrow often allows you to turn on Valakut manually.

If you have Electromancer or Baral and you cast Gifts Ungiven, you can search for Ritual, Ritual, Manamorphose, Past in Flames. Then you make mana, Past in Flames, make more mana, cast Gifts again to get Empty the Warrens, and hopefully win with 14 goblins or so.

Obviously you can also Gifts for Unburial Rites + Elesh Norn or Platinum Emperion.
