I started out playing a super fun mono black devotion deck in modern. Made me fall in love with hand disruption, strong creatures, amazing removal and generally matches my personality: make things go bang.

I then went up a grixis delver deck at my LGS and decided to put that together. After a few months of trading up for the pieces I needed, I had the deck together. And I hated it. It was so boring and was the opposite of my play style.

So I got to this deck as a combination of my first love deck:12-05-16-mono-black-devotion and Grixis Delver. The entire point of this is to get Card: Thing in the Ice out there and then leverage the plethora of cheap spells to get it to flip and return everyone but spellskite to owners' hands. The flip is also great for double casting snapcasters and getting additional utility.

Would love some feedback on this thing, all is appreciated!
