Stop! Hamster Time!

You want to go full rage mode and throw some hamsters on steroids in your opponents faces? Then try Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes.

This is a Gruul-aggro Deck that provides lots of fun by hitting hard in the early stage of the game and has some reach to finish the last opponents by throwing heavy hitters towards their life totals.

Gameplan:

Early Game

In the first few turns you have to establish a manabase to cast Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes as early as turn 2, but most of the time on turn 3. Don't shy away from taking mulligans to search for cards like:

• Utopia Sprawl
• Wild Growth
• Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer
• Birds of Paradise
• Arbor Elf

Your early mana acceleration pairs well with your three drops like Atalan Jackal or Selvala, Heart of the Wilds for establishing a big mana foundation. Three drops like Taurean Mauler and Managorger Hydra on the other hand can build up early pressure for your opponents.

Mid Game

Your mid game strategy revolves arround the decision when to cast Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes and what to do with them.

• Cast Invigorate on Boo and Attack an opponent or an oathbreaker you want to get rid of. Then sacrifice Boo to the -2 ability of your oathbreaker to throw some more hamster damage on any target while drawing 5 cards to fill up your hand
• Use your oathbreakers +1 ability to enhance Boo and pressure your opponents oathbreakers or defend your own
• Activate the +1 ability of your oathbreaker to pump up Boo so you can use him for offense or defense. Use Invigorate to buff up Kami of Whispered Hopes, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds or Atalan Jackal for more mana to further build up your board presence

If your opponents build up good boards as well, you can always pull the trigger and go for boardwhipes like Brotherhood's End or Storm's Wrath. Your bigger creatures can survive those to have you still in good position.

Late Game

If you have established a good board presence, its time to hit your opponents hard with cards like Ram Through in combination with your beefy creatures like Forgotten Ancient or punch them out of the game with the -2 ability of Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes by throwing beefy bodies at them.
