Signature Spell Windfall

So I live in Japan and I got a Japanese Narset but I'm also trying to be budgety

And I've decided that I must build an oathbreaker deck. To be honest, this is my first time making a deck like this - be it commander or oathbreaker. And from here, I just want card suggestions - or maybe even help with understanding they key concepts. I got a general idea from EDHREC but I try very hard not to copy decks down verbatim so to limit myself I pretty much just looked up possible synergies from scryfall. With that being said, this is the Narset draw deck.

WINCONS So from my understanding from my friends playing Commander, you need multiple strategies to win in case one method will not win - but you still need a primary win condition. So I took that into the same concept of Oathbreaker since the Planeswalker and their signature spells can prove to be devastating.

Also to note, Narset is the glue that binds this deck together. Denying my opponents card advantage while making them discard can extremely detrimental, allowing my strategy to unfold as needed.

So my primary win condition is as follows:

• Jace, Wielder of Mysteries + Narset, Parter of Veils

Using my overwhelming card advantage and opponent card disadvantage - I can mill my opponents to death - but also draw everything in my deck to make allow Jace to sweep my library and win the game. Laboratory Maniac is also a card that helps this strategy win.

• Toothy, Imaginary Friend + Chasm Skulker + Jace's Projection + Forgotten Creation

With the sheer amount of card draws I'll be getting, smashing my opponents is a completely viable strategy.
