My mono red lifegain deck was always been a personal favorite of mine, and I wanted to take the challenge into mono blue because of the new Duskmourn card, Marina Vendrell's Grimoire

The two main synergies are:

Lifetap + Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth

and

Mycosynth Lattice + Relic Bind

However, you can also gain a ton of life copying either Illusions of Grandeur or Delusions of Mediocrity
