Of all of decks this one wins most often. I only bring it out at competitive tables when I want to win.

The dream

Turn 1 Mutavault into Universal Automaton

Turn 2 Mountain, Magda, Brazen Outlaw - attack with Automaton, treasure count: 1

Turn 3 Mountain, turn Mutavault into a creature, tap it and second mountain for a Strike it Rich, attack with Automaton and Magda, treasure count: 5

Sacrifice for a Clock of Omens tap clock and automation to untap itself, on the second iteration you tap a treasure instead of clock: making infinite treasure. Which, for us, means infinite artifact tutors and infinite mana.

Grab a Hawkeye's Bow and that's infinite damage.

Magda, Brazen Outlaw + Clock of Omens + an artifact dwarf = infinite tapped treasure and infinite artifact tutors (with 10 treasures this Combo can be tutored at instant speed)

When I first made this deck we did Magda + Battered Golem or Dross Scorpion + Amorphous Axe or Runed Stalactite or Maskwood Nexus + a tap engine = infinite untapped treasure. (15 treasures, typically sorcery speed given the equip cost) - with the new influx of dwarves I have enough to fully support dwarf tribal. The fact that every creature in the deck can make a treasure absolutely makes the deck better.

Artifact Dwarves:

Metallic Mimic

Universal Automaton

Bloodline Pretender

Dermotaxi

Silverskin Armor

Liquimetal Torque

Mirror of the Forebears

Lifecraft Engine + any of our Vehicles

Barkform Harvester

Three Tree Mascot

Tap engines:

The good ones

Cultivator's Caravan Dermotaxi Flywheel Racer Mobile Garrison Smuggler's Copter

Singletons

Network Terminal Paradise Mantle Springleaf Drum Survivors' Encampment Holdout Settlement Trusty Boomerang

Legendary only

Relic of Legends Honor-Worn Shaku

There is one untutorable infinite combo that just happens to be in the deck. Dwarven Patrol + Trusty Boomerang + Clock of Omens + Liquimetal Torque without Magda is still infinite tap-downs. This was relevant one time.

I'm doing some weird stuff with the lands.

All the gates are just because of Heap Gate. Getting to ten treasures without Magda and then casting her can be important in high removal settings.

The snow lands are for Faceless Haven - a true gem. I threw in the Scrying Sheets package because it's solid mono-red land draw - but it's really not important. I've never found the deck to be color starved enough to matter.

This deck typically wins around turn 5.

Turn 1: consistent one drop dwarf

Turn 2: Magda - swing with one drop treasure count 1

Turn 3: another dwarf. Swing. Treasure count 3. Typically by 3 people have blockers though. So I'll often run my dwarf into stuff and keep Magda back.

Turn 4: drop a dwarf or two or three. If people aren't prioritizing blocks that gives us treasure count 6. If we pulled an artifact dwarf that's a win.

Turn 5: we just need 4 more treasure. Swing with everything. We can recast Magda. If we got rocks down we can cast clock, use treasure to untap, and then sac our treasure for the other combo piece.

I haven't invested heavily in protecting Magda mostly because she's so cheap. If we have to recast several times - we can get there by casting her right before combat.

I chose to make a budget version of this deck because it works amazing regardless.

But if I were to do a non budget version I would add Cavern of Souls and Roaming Throne
