Kalonian Hydra -> Bloom Tender
Plaxcaster Frogling -> Elgaud Shieldmate
Prime Speaker Zegana -> Ulvenwald Tracker
Sages of the Anima -> Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar
Viashino Heretic -> Joiner Adept
Worldspine Wurm -> Deadwood Treefolk
Darksteel Plate -> Argothian Elder
Phyrexian Ingester -> Duplicant
The basic premise is to play creatures that either help me draw more creatures, bounces themselves or other creatures, untap lands to play more creatures since they just gave Animar, Soul of Elements a counter (Cloud of Faeries ), or otherthings to help me play lots of creatures.
I thought I had taken out Whim of Volrath . Thanks for pointing that out. The reason I'm keeping Glamerdye , however, is that its effect doesn't end at the end of the turn. This allows me to customize Animar's protections at instant speed, and reuse it as many times as I want with its Retrace ability. If no one in my group is playing White, which they rarely do, I can just switch his pro-white to pro-red, for example.
Etherium-Horn Sorcerer will rarely be the full 6 mana, and when he comes in he adds two counters to Animar due to Cascade (counts as casting). Then with his ability, I can reuse him and get two more counters.
Flametongue Kavu I might take out.. it's just difficult since I know I can bounce him with things like Man-o'-War and replay him, and even do that in the same turn to kill multiple creatures or big creatures. Recurring removal is something I really like in EDH after seeing how well it works in my Teneb's: The Walking Dead reanimator deck.
Hunting Moa adds two counters to Animar, and a third on the next upkeep, reducing the mana cost of all my creatures by 3 with just one creature.
Whirlpool Warrior is another one I may take out. What I like about it is that it can help me cycle a dead hand and draw answers, as well as disrupt opponents' hands (My friends are not very subtle when they have a good hand, and whisper quite loudly to their teammates what they're planning to do).
Master of the Wild Hunt I am a bit iffy on and may take out, he just has recurring, consistent removal, which is nice.
Wall of Blossoms adds a counter to Animar, is a good blocker, and let's me draw another card, hopefully a creature.
Sun Quan, Lord of Wu lets Animar swing without predjudice, though I will probably take him out.
Viashino Heretic gives me consistent artifact removal.
As for your suggestions, I prefer Whirlpool Warrior over Windfall because it can do the same thing, potentially for one less mana, at instant speed, and it adds a counter to Animar. Zameck Guildmage is nice, but the only counters I care about are the ones on Animar, and I don't want to wait for 5 mana to be able to play Animar and his Zameck Guildmage's ability in the same turn. And all that Bioshift would be good for in this deck is moving counters off Animar, which is not something I want to do.
Thank you for the comment, keep them coming! Great suggestions! :)

Not sure how many anti-board wipes there are.
Knowing Animar, it will be huge after a bit, and you need to protect it. If your Darksteel Plate isn't on it, you could use Spearbreaker Behemoth . He's an indestructible source of indestructibility.

I would suggest Oracle of Mul Daya because extra mana will help you cast Animar, Soul of Elements over again when they Beast Within him :D
also Craterhoof Behemoth win condition creature edition

I feel like you might be set for anti-field wipes, but one thing that might be good for that and some other things are some more counterspells... Fuel for the Cause might be useful?
Also, Ring of Evos Isle is pretty good for protection on Animar.
You are building less of a counter-centric build than I am used to seeing, which is refreshing. However, I feel like you could definitely use a few more chunky creatures to take advantage of Animar. In addition to what you have, I would suggest; Elderscale Wurm , Protean Hydra (or pretty much any of the hydras), Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger , Hydra Omnivore . You also might give Blitz Hellion a go. I won't bore you with more misc. suggestions though; you can go so many different directions with Animar!

brokendwarf: Spearbreaker Behemoth is a great choice and I will most likely add him.
konthemodsoul1: I would like to add Oracle of Mul Daya , I'm just not sure what to take out. As for Craterhoof Behemoth , I'll have to see how the deck works first to see if it's a viable win condition, as it tends to not work too well in my meta.
Fleetfiend: I'm actually going to be taking out the two counterspells I do have. I'm not a big fan of counterspells and from what I've seen and been told by people who have played Animar for a good amount of time, counterspells don't synergize well with this deck, unless they're creature counterspells, like Glen Elendra Archmage (which I have) and Draining Whelk (which I may add).
Ring of Evos Isle looks good. I may switch out one of my equipments for it.
The big creatures you suggested are good, but I've found that creatures that are purely aggro don't do as well in EDH compared to those that affect the board when they come in or have constant board presence. The only big creature I use that's purely aggro is Lord of Extinction , because he does his job very well, and in both my Teneb's: The Walking Dead deck and my Savra, Queen of Sacrifice deck, graveyards fill very quickly.
Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger is a good example of this, but I try not to use Praetors if it doesn't significantly help my deck, and my playgroup recently house-banned Vorinclex's second ability (Mostly because of my ability to bring him out on turn 2 with my Teneb reanimator deck, haha). Everyone just always complained about it and it killed the fun of the game.
Thank you all for your comments and suggestions! I am always wanting to improve.

NinjaNate: I took out Palinchron because I'm not interested in infinite combos, and at the point that Palinchron would come out, his land untap ability would be pretty unnecessary. I know he's a great card for this deck, I would just prefer not to use him. I may end up adding him sometime in the future after I can playtest this a bit, but not at the moment.
Fires of Yavimaya looks nice and I may have to make a spot for it. I might also be adding in Anger , in which case I probably wouldn't add Fires of Yavimaya.
Thanks for the comment!

How about Apocalypse Hydra as a fatty or for removal. Bogardan Hellkite is also worth mentioning and dont forget about the huge and hard to deal with Worldspine Wurm

Added the Hellkite and Wurm, but I'm not sure how much I like the Hydra. I'll keep it in mind though. Thank you!

Since you have so many creatures Gruul Ragebeast can be a great form of removal, this combos well with Master Biomancer .

Hmm maybe. Gruul Ragebeast seems risky. I have a lot of small creatures I bounce repeatedly, and they may kill themselves against my opponent's creatures and interrupt my little combo chains.
Master Biomancer isn't bad, but I don't see him being especially good in this deck. I could be wrong, but I would like to playtest some more first to see if he'd be a good fit.
Thanks!

Check out the creatures with "morph". Animar can cast them cheap (usually for free) and they go infinite with the Cloudstone Curio very easily. Many have useful abilities. If you go with Master Biomancer you should look at some proliferate but that doesn't seem to be your focus (MB with any clone effects is truly frightening even without proliferation). Without proliferation I would probably lose the Plaxcaster Frogling (maybe for a Elgaud Shieldmate ) and instead of the Sages of the Anima I used Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar in case i needed land etc. Riku of the two reflections is really useful. Really, really useful.

Good looking list, I've got quite a strong set-up for my animar deck if you'd like to trade ideas. Nothing But Tears

Anything that doesn't contribute to what you want the deck to do should probably be taken out.
I don't know exactly what you want to do with the deck,but from what I can see these are some cards I think can probably be taken out. Glamerdye , Whim of Volrath , Wood Elves , Etherium-Horn Sorcerer , Flametongue Kavu , Hunting Moa Whirlpool Warrior , Master of the Wild Hunt , Sun Quan, Lord of Wu , Viashino Heretic , and Wall of Blossoms .
Also these are some cards I think you should consider. Bioshift , Zameck Guildmage , and I think a Windfall would be a good replacement for Whirlpool Warrior .
