Here is my version of a sultai whip deck. Basically, we want to fill our graveyard while controlling our opponent's board and hand, applying pressure with Goyf, gaining life with Courser, Dark Heart Sliver, and Whip. Muldrotha, Whip, Liliana, and Jace ensure we can reuse our entire deck from the graveyard. Surveil and Azcanta let us filter for what we need / fuel Goyf and Jace. Elixir is in the SB for when we run against graveyard hate.
