Right off the cuff I would cut Blood Seeker , Voracious Vampire and Brave the Sands as they dont help you win with your life shenanigans. Keeping 1 copy of Blood Seeker may be decent against token or creature decks but that's up to you. Blood Burglar to me seems like a sub-optimal version of Vampire of the Dire Moon and Tithe Drinker so I would swap those. If you have the wallet, Exquisite Blood makes you go infinite with Vito so its an easy swap with Boon Reflection and Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord is insane, especially when combined with cards like Champion of Dusk and Sanctum Seeker . Indulging Patrician and Silversmote Ghoul is a path if you can consistently get to 3 life each turn. Some copies of Fatal Push or Heartless Act may do you some good because spot removal is nice in modern. You could also be spicy and go Abiding Grace + some decent one drops like Knight of the Ebon Legion , Indulgent Aristocrat , Guul Draz Assassin , Guul Draz Vampire and Vampire Cutthroat . That aside, Nighthawk Scavenger , Blood Artist , Legion's Landing  ^Flip, Legion Lieutenant , and Drana's Emissary seem like they would fit nicely. I might cut some Cleric of life's bond as well, because its almost purely overshadowed by faster growing cards like Ajani's Pridemate and Sprite Dragon atm. I might also consider cutting 1 Boon Reflection and 1-2 lands to fit the mana curve a little more nicely. A lot of these are just pure suggestions, so the choice on what path is up to you. All in all, very cool deck. I am a big fan of trying to make Vito work, I hope you are successful in your journey and I hope this helps.

Licia, Sanguine Tribune only good as commander in a deck built around him. Here it's just bad for 8 mana
Nirkana Revenant not bad but not really that useful either since only about a thrid of your lands are swamps anyways

update: as per the suggestion of The_Fallen_Duke I took out 1 Epicure of Blood for Sanctum Seeker Then also get rid of 3x Legion Conquistador(didnt feel they were doing too much) and 1 Voracious Vampire to make room for 1 more copy of Sanctum Seeker 1x Legion's Landing  ^Flip (The_Fallen_Duke suggestion) and 1 more Bishop of the Bloodstained looking at possibly swapping in 2 more copies of Legion Lieutenant for something.

I like your deck build going here, I love vampire decks, as for info on Vampires and tokens, here's the things I like so far with yours

1. Procession and radiant destiny to increase the effects of doubling and adding bonuses + vanquishers banner
2. Call to the feast is definitely a must have for this, not sure if your interested but there's also Queen's Commission as well
3. If you could, try earning a Legion's Landing  ^Flip card because thats a amazing card for vampires and tokens especially

Here's my advice: I'd lower off some creatures a bit like Sadistic Skymarcher (costs 4 or 3 depending on choice but flying is nice with it except very little difference from aspirants for a quick token deck build), Ravenous Chupacabra (find sorceries or instants to slay off creatures, not saying its bad but vampires), Voracious Vampire (since its effect triggers only once and for a 3 cost it wont help with tokens much as it only affects 1 vampire for 1 turn). I'd also 2nd removing Moment of Triumph like Exodus2727 mentioned. In your case you'll want vampires to be fast, skymarcher aspirant to 4x, vicious conquistador to 4x kind of thing because it makes city's blessing that much easier. Keep Elenda, the Dusk Rose for sure, I even prefer 2 of them if you can manage to get two of them.

If your also trying a life gain method with Twilight Prophet I'd honestly take it out if for that reason, but for ascend reason would make sense. Thats up to you, Personally myself, I'd take it out. Moment of Craving isnt a bad card but not best suited for a token deck nor is it extremely useful later on. Charge isnt bad either but with all the anthems you already have, its not completely necessary. I mean Legion Lieutenant, Radiant Destiny and the banner are all you need really.

Forerunner of the Legion I'd rather have Dusk Legion Zealot for card draws, may cost 2 mana but as I mentioned to rid of quite a few of things, you'll only want to add in cards you really need, thats where zealot comes in handy.

Here's my short version because I write to much, thanks if you read if so

Take out - Mo craving, Mo triumph, charge, prophet, sadistic skymarcher, voracious vampire, chupacabra, arterial flow is better with more of but I prefer to take it out, and possibly vicious offering in replace for a Gideon's Reproach or even Walk the Plank sorcery. Fatal Push if can get a couple of those.

Have - 4x skymarcher aspirant, 4 vicious conquistador, 2 elenda (if can), 4x martyr, 4x legion lieutenant, keep mavren at 2x or 3x, 4x dusk legion zealot, maybe 2x-4x Queen's Commission from earlier mentioned. 2x-3x Legion's Landing  ^Flip radiant destiny 3x or 2x of depending, 2x procession, and gruesome fate. The rest should be lands

I hope this helps out a little bit or maybe to much because I tend to overdo writing alot.

So I'm thinking 24 lands is what you need. If you think there's a card worth keeping, show me the card you'd cut instead. 3 drops needed to be smoothed out.

-1 Supernatural Stamina not good

-1 March of the Drowned not good

-1 Duskborne Skymarcher I can see you want flyers, but none you had are worthwhile. 1 drops suck without ridiculous draw. Either you tempo 1 drops or ditch all the ramp.

-1 Skymarcher Aspirant same deal

-1 Duskborne Skymarcher same deal

-1 Authority of the Consuls you don't need lifegain. If you need an evasive anthem, there's Victory's Herald or Dawnfeather Eagle and that's about it.

-1 Anointer Priest you don't need lifegain.

-1 Treasure Map  ^Flip really slow, not really ramp. If you want to scry, sure.

-1 Martyr of Dusk not good

-1 Pride of Conquerors not good. Victory's Herald or Dawnfeather Eagle if you feel you need to pump (you have others).

-1 Dusk Legion Zealot you'd rather have a good draw spell like Dark Bargain

-1 Oketra's Monument you don't have the token synergy (you have vamp synergy instead) and you don't need the ramp as much as you need bodies, draw, and removal.

-1 Recover not good. You'd rather draw something better.

-1 Cultivator's Caravan you don't really need ramp as much as you need lands and you'd cut a lot of flavor for the consistency this provides

-1 Manalith same deal

-1 Kambal, Consul of Allocation draws way too much hate and you don't need lifegain

-1 Sadistic Skymarcher not good

-1 Voracious Vampire not good

-1 Oketra the True strong card, but its not a vampire and you'd cut a lot of flavor for the consistency this provides.

-1 Paladin of the Bloodstained not good

-1 Fumigate you want one-sided wipe

-1 Call for Unity how are you going to guarantee something leaving on your turn? seems bad for +1/+1 that only grows at your end step, conditionally.

What is your budget for this deck? I can provide better suggestions with a budget in mind. But as it is right now, I would remove Vampire Revenant, Duskborne Skymarcher, Exultant Skymarcher, Glorifier of Dusk, Skyblade of the Legion, and probably Voracious Vampire. You definitely want a playset of Legion Lieutenant, Adanto Vanguard, and Skymarcher Aspirant. Also, go with a full playset of Dusk Legion Zealot. Again, with a budget in mind I can provide better choices.

Cool deck, love me some vamps. I would cut the Voracious Vampire and add some more Sanctum Seeker because it can quickly end a game on a stalled board. Im not sure about the Trial and Cartouche plan, I think Fatal Push would be better in the deck. Also Dusk Legion Zealot is an excellent card, should fit some of those in.
