Lumra, Bellow of the Woods
Legendary Creature — Elemental Bear
Vigilance, reach
This creature's power and toughness are each equal to the number of lands you control.
When this enters the battlefield, mill four cards. Then return all land cards from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped. (To mill a card, put the top card of your library into your graveyard.)

MoloSan the Dryad Arbor is more for a turn 1 Green Sun's Zenith for 0. Just another way to ramp out Reki, History of Kamigawa on turn 2. The fetch lands, while they are in there for deck thinning, also synergize with Lumra, Bellow of the Woods as a couple of early turn fetch lands into a turn 3-4 Lumra can propel me really far ahead for the mid-late game

eww... alright, lemme help.
-
Elvish Mystic / Llanowar Elves - maybe spring for the Birds of Paradise if you can. Fyndhorn Elves do the exact same thing at this point.
-
Arbor Elf and then included Utopia Sprawl, maybe use Sakura-Tribe Elder. Satyr Wayfinder also provides the same utility here.
-
Fanatic of Rhonas can also help.
-
You're likely going to want to include Arboreal Grazer and the typical Flare of Cultivation.
-
The other thing that might help considering the intention of your build, is it seems you've overlooked Dryad Arbor and Green Sun's Zenith.
-
Your game winners/closers are Dungrove Elder, Lumra, Bellow of the Woods and Cultivator Colossus.
-
Maybe consider Scapeshift, Ayula's Influence, Life from the Loam. Cheers!

Lumra, Bellow of the Woods seems good too, it's basically Splendid Reclamation on a body. What changes would you make to fit it in?

I think it comes down to the formula. It looks like you're ramping on three, so it's just a matter of when you wanna do what, y'know? I look forward to seeing what you accomplish and my last suggestion will be Lumra, Bellow of the Woods.

Thanks, I am not a huge fan of Cultivator Colossus mainly because it needs lands in hand to be useful (often 3+ to be comparable to Titan), and it also doesn't win the game on the spot, at a higher CMC than Primeval Titan, which often will.
If I wanted to avoid surgical more than I already do (Dryad + Analyst can already win on their own), I would probably add Scapeshift or Lumra, Bellow of the Woods back in, but I don't want to add back the second Lotus Field which enables the Scapeshift lines, and with only 1 lotus, lumra is like a colossus basically, really reliant on some outside factors to be good.
Analyst is slightly better mostly because it does its job from the grave, and can be used as ramp early then won with later. I would only run 1 of the graveyard creatures, with my minimalist package right now, and analyst just lines up better into hate and removal.

Strongly considering
-3 The One Ring
+1 Scapeshift / Vexing Bauble / ???
The One Ring just doesn't seem to be as reliable at winning as I would like it to be, and honestly a lot of decks are capable of ignoring it, or making it actively bad for us.
