Primarily a curse deck, focused on hurting opponents and having them hurt each other, while using propaganda and taxing effects to prevent them from hurting me. The maybeboard cards do what I want, but are too expensive - I'm hoping to keep the price down, if possible.

I primarily need help making cuts, as I tend to have difficulty making those kinds of decisions. Also, I suspect the deck might lack sufficient card draw and ramp to keep up.
