Sorcery
Target creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn. All creatures able to block it this turn do so.

Massacar and AT23, although these are all good suggestions, I don't think they are the best for the deck. Scence this deck generates so much mana, I feel that Steelbane Hydra is a better removal card. It is unlikely that my opponent will play anything that desperately needs to be removed in the first 3-4 turns, ant by then I am tapping for about 7 mana. Even if I play Steelbane Hydra for only 4, My opponents will hesitate to play any enchantments. As an added bonus, I can pump it up with Leyline of Abundance for basically infinite removal. As for Carnage Tyrant, I am not sure how much better it is with how I currently use the deck. Gigantosaurus is mainly used for either it's devotion to green and sacing for card draw, and I usually attack with a pumped up hydra with a Declare Dominance. Carnage Tyrant will definitely go in the sideboard though, for if gigantosaurus keeps getting removed or countered.

what about Sword of the Paruns for a double up on infinite mana?
and what about Leyline of Abundance to turn Llanowar Tribe into an infinite mana sink as well?
and Incubation Druid or Gyre Sage instead of Llanowar Elves and Elvish Mystic for redundancy on the theme?
Personally I wouldn't splash blue in the deck. You want devotion and blue can't give you anything green can't in this case. A Rogue's Passage is a better Aether Tunnel - Helix Pinnacle isn't that much worse than Laboratory Maniac
I would also throw in as many x spells as possible. I'm willing to bet that in this deck - steelbane hydra is going to be better than Nature's Claim if you have the budget for a Mistcutter Hydra I'd replace Fireshrieker and Declare Dominance with them as finishers.

Love the tribal theme!
Of course, there are some great tribal and gruul lands you can add, but then it starts getting expensive. I would consider tagging this as a "budget deck"; imo, budget tribal (espically more obsecure creature types) are the best! Really forces for some creative deck building.
I would check out your mana base and decide if Gruul Turf is a really needed. Personally, i'm not a big fan of these cards due to the risk/slow speed, but if you like them, play them!!
I did a few playtests and it plays a bit slower than expected. I would certainly recommend adding a 4th Kird Ape . Are you open to adding mana accelleration? I'm sure there are a few solid ones that won't be too far outside of theme. Oh, have you considered using an Emerald Medallion ?! Monkeys like to steal shiny things!! I think it would create a lot of value. Urza lands would work nice, but I feel it may be too far from the theme.
I think Alpha Status is a "win more" card in this sorta mana heavy/bigger critter deck, where by the time you play it to have value (e.g. 3 or more creatures on the board, for +4/+4), it may be too late or not as rewarding. Now that I look at some of the oracle wording, some apes are now considered a monkey, so they won't help each other out... boo.
For Monkey Cage , maybe cut 1 because I think you will need a lot of mana to guarantee it to give you value e.g. a creature with mana cost 3 or greater.
Man... I so many ideas!
How about Summit Apes !! Those with your Gorilla Berserkers with first strike and/or lure equipment. Viridian Claw , Nemesis Mask <--maybe too slow?? Spells, Roar of Challenge or Declare Dominance <--bonus gorilla art!!
If you go with the Emerald Medallion , maybe swap out Ravenous Baboons for a bigger green one?
Play around with it and I'll check back!

First of all, I like the animated lands subtheme! Sylvan Advocate is spicy. Being able to get wrath'd only to swing out with your lands next turn is the type of EDH we play for.
Win Cons: I saw that you want a Craterhoof Behemoth or Decimator of Provinces, but you don't need either! Most of your mana comes from dorks. If you tap down your team to cast a Craterhoof, you can't swing with your pumped Druids. As a general rule, never do fair things with Paradox Engine . If you aren't comboing out with it immediately, expect it to eat a Naturalize before next turn. Helix Pinnacle is another trap card. Without infinte mana, it's a painfully slow wincon. Even if you generate 12+ mana a turn, that's still an 8 turn clock, assuming no one can get rid of Pinnacle or wrath your mana production away. I even played it with Quest for Renewal and it's still too slow. A few overruns is all you need (Kamahl, Triumph of the Hordes, Pathbreaker Ibex, etc.) If all else fails, you can beat down with a big trampler by itself.
Druids: Don't play bad Druids for the sake of staying on theme. There are 179 Druids in Magic at time of writing, and I believe that only 25-30 of them are worth considering. At least trim some of the more niche ones to make room for 1cmc dorks that tap for . If you want to go big, you need reliable mana, not just neat synergies on turn 6. You also should add in the swiss army knife that is Treefolk Harbinger . It finds lands, Lignify , or Woodfall Primus depending on what you need. Priest of Titania is powerhouse, as is Voyaging Satyr to untap a Nykthos or flipped Growing Rites of Itlimoc.
Other Options: If you like Primal Order, Throne of the God-Pharaoh is another incremental damage source. Benefactor's Draught is the second best "doubler" after Vitalize, because it has a secondary mode of drawing a ton of cards on an opponent's turn for 2 mana. That card is a few dollars now, but Mobilize is a decent budget replacement. Wildest Dreams is a strict upgrade over Restock . Bloodscent is not good but can be cheaply replaced by Declare Dominance or Roar of Challenge . Harmonize is great as far as monogreen draw goes, and will on average draw you more cards than Shaper's Sanctuary.
I've been playing Seton for a few years now so feel free to message me with any other questions. I could talk about this deck for hours. I sometimes do.

So as far as adjustments for M19 I don't see anything that jumps out at me, but here are a couple cards with potential:
- Declare Dominance can force your army of saprolings through a congested board state
- Poison-Tip Archer can act a a pseudo-Slimefoot
I will give Helm of the Host a shot since I put this deck back together last night - seems decent. Also I've tried out both Torgaar and Journey to Eternity Flip but neither was super great for me.

This deck looks really fun! Right off the bat, I'd say you should add in Birthing Pod which synergizes with Yisan pretty well. I think Coat of Arms is worth an include as well as Door of Destinies. Feed the Pack is kinda fun, and Defense of the Heart is just really good. Maybe Kindred Summons is worth running. Declare Dominance from Core 19 is a good way to get across a lot of damage by basically making your field unblockable. Thunderfoot Baloth is also worth running, as well as Fauna Shaman in my opinion. Those are just a few suggestions, hope that helps!
