Oathbreakers and Signature Spells: Rowan Kenrith + Volt Charge Mystical Tutor + Will Kenrith

I have been liking the Oathbreaker format, but i have found mono-blue mill to be slow for the format. I have been loving the wide variety of options the proliferate gives you to buff yourself, to debuff opponents, and to provide political options. The main focus of the deck is to make the most of proliferate. Early Game: get out mana rocks and chump blockers for mid-game. Mid-game: Cast Will Kenrith and either build to emblem or use his minus ability to cast Rowan at a reduced cost. Late-game: Use bolts to deal damage and copy each spell multiple times for lethal.

Notable Combos: Mystical Tutor + Temporal Mastery + Twincast

This combo can get really crazy if you have Will's Emblem and/or Echo Mage out. At the endstep before your turn, cast Mystical Tutor targeting Temporal Mastery (if Will's emblem is out, you can ensure the tutor takes place since there are two copies of Tutor on the stack). With Temporal Mastery being the first card drawn, you can cast it for the miracle cost. With the emblem out, two copies of Temporal Mastery go on the stack. If a Reverberate or Twincast is in hand, casting those, targeting Temporal Mastery, will put another two copies on the stack. If Echo Mage is out and is at 4+ levels, then you can put two more copies of Temporal Mastery on the stack. In total the max amount of mana needed for this combo is Six. If you want to be safe in case of a Summary Dismissal, keep an extra 1 or 2 mana open for a spell snare or counterspell.
