My second oathbreaker deck. Vraska is my favorite Planeswalker so I'm stoked for this format so I can have her as my commander. Update have play tested quite a bit and this seems like the deck is perfect now. Right amount of ramp. Changed the spell from vampiric tutor to triumph of the hordes, def way better.
