Divide and conquer, with Banding...

Basically this deck will eventually be utilizing cards that divide my opponents creatures into groups, limiting potential blockers and attackers for my opponent while giving my Banders even greater advantage and control over the attack phase. Odric, Master Tactician and General Jarkeld are really the only cards I have at the moment that can alter the attack phase. If I could use Raging River I would, I need this similar effect in white or blue or even in artifact would be fine.

I'm looking for any suggestions to make this theme more consistent in this deck. Thanks for any advice!
