Concept of this deck started out after reading Puresteel Paladin & Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer . I decided not to run Jor Kadeen but you get the idea of what I started with. If unsure what I'm going for it's pretty much creatures getting stronger with Equipment. Gearing up Soldiers and Knights to take down my opponent.

I welcome any course of action in regards to this deck. Whether it's card suggestion or a bad approach that I'm taking. Feel free to leave your thoughts below. Some of the cards I was interested in are listed in the maybeboard but you don't have to read them. It's really there just for me in case I wanted them after playtesting.

Deck Talk

I tried to keep the budget as low as possible without damaging the potential strength of the deck. It's a fairly aggressive deck which still has strength mid-late game with equipment.

One of my favourite adds to the deck was Tectonic Edge . Since the curve is so low I thought it would be great to have some land destruction even though it's a dick move.

Some combos I like include:

• Combining the strength of Accorder's Shield + Cranial Plating for an ultimate buff.

• Using Sword of Vengeance with Mirran Crusader. Together they make one strong creature.

• Casting Puresteel Paladin while Accorder's Shield + Bone Saw are in your hand is an amazing way to guarantee card draw.

• AOE buffs Auriok Steelshaper + Honor of the Pure if I ever get board advantage is always quite nice. Plus I really love when Auriok is on the battlefield. I feel like he has so much to offer. With easy equip casting and buffing my creatures! What's not to love?

• Finally of cause having enough artifacts out for Metalcraft making my spells more effective. Then using Indomitable Archangel to protect them all.

Brass Squire and Journey to Nowhere were kinda fun personal adds. So if you do use this deck just keep that in mind. I hope that was clear and easy to understand. I'm still quite new to all of this.

After a few play tests I found that I lacked the strength for a come back if I ever lost board strength dude to one swole dude. I ended up trying to out damage my opponent using Hallow to stay alive. Sometimes it worked out but very rarely. Due to this I worked on my sideboard to solve this problem. Please share your thoughts below. I'd love to hear what experience magic players have to say.
