When Tiny Leaders became a thing, many people wanted to do aggro. I, on the other hand, decided to try to build Storm with Brain Freeze as a win condition.

Not too sure how to improve this deck, since A) I've never built Storm before, B) I've never built a Tiny Leaders deck before, and C) I've never built Mono-Blue before. But this rough draft does look fun...
