MH3 Creative Energy Commander Precon Upgraded. Fairly budget friendly, lands are probably the most expensive part of the deck but those can be changed out for cheaper dual lands. I looked through all of the possible cards relating to energy counters to find the absolute best ones for this deck and found some decent interaction and removal to make a pretty powerful (and super fun) deck.
