Ideally, I built this deck around winning with Renari, Merchant of Marvels being on the battlefield, and allow me to cast Hellkite Tyrant at flash speed. So ideally, ive ammased enough treasure, and possess enough artifacts on the field, so on the end step step before my turn, I cast Hellkite, and win via his card text, if no one had a response. Revel in Riches is another obvious card I should throw in here, but overall my main concern is ramping and getting off my big dragon spells. Do I have enough lands to support 5 colors? should my mana curve be better(I thought that being able to burn treasure when necessary to cast spells would be good enough to stop at 37 lands)? Tiamat is great for getting my winning dragons into my hand, but sometimes I wont be able to cast them because my hand is already to stuffed, and I haven't pulled my Decanter of Endless Water.

I'm not looking for this deck to be SUPER competitive, but Im unsure of what to take out at this point. I'm certainly not experienced in deck building, especially EDH.
