This deck uses the old Treasure Cruise delver lists as an inspiration for a shell that works around Bedlam Reveler. The high cantrip count helps to consistently reduce the CMC of Bedlam Reveler to around two or three.

The CantripsSerum Visions is the best cantrip in modern and digs the deepest so I play four.

Gitaxian Probe gives me perfect information for free while triggering prowess and Young Pyromancer warranting the full playset.

Faithless Looting is good because in this deck thoughtscour is not nearly as good because it is not a garanteed Dark Ritual because Bedlam Reveler's cost reduction differs from Treasure Cruise's. In addition to this it provides me more choice in what goes into the bin providing more flexibility. Still Faithless Looting is card disadvantage so it is a three of.

thoughtscour still holds a place here even though it is by far the weakest cantrip we have. It holds a place to make bedlam reveler a bit easier to cast by bumping up the cantrip count some.

RemovalLightning Bolt is the best removal in the format. I play four.

Pillar of Flame is a shock that exiles which is good for stuff like Kitchen Finks.

Forked Bolt is great for taking out tokens and x/1s. Flexible kill spell that deals with the many utility creatures of modern.
