Undecided about lands, but basically the typical contingent of fetches, shocks, and a smattering of basics. Name is cause the all basics manabase at the onset was pretty good with Blood Moon yeah? Also it plans on being able to Blood Moon effectively so there's still a high number of basics and the name still works out.

Because this isn't made with any one meta in mind the sideboard is one-ofs that would be adjusted to 0-4 copies depending on the meta I expect to see.
