I was challenged to build Surrakar tribal. There are only 4 in the tribe. Let's give it a whirl. The Surrakar are from the plane of zendikar and the region of Bala Ged. There's only one Commander I can think of that's In the appropriate colors and specifically mentions Bala Ged. Added bonus, one of the surrakar has an ETB effect. It's not much, but I'll take what I can get.
